Customer Service, Dulce, The Simsons

From the heart of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Customer Service has quickly built a name for themselves as one of the hardest-working young bands on the Canadian DIY circuit. Blending the energy of Saves the Day with the melodic urgency of The Promise Ring, Customer Service has developed a unique sound within the emo landscape, honed through playing more than 200 shows since being named one of Exclaim!’s best new artists of 2024.

Touring has always been central to the band. Since forming, Customer Service has played shows everywhere from Newfoundland to North Carolina, sharing stages with The Dirty Nil and Death from Above 1979, and has also appeared at festivals like Area 506 and Sommo.

Originally a three-piece heavy drum-machine dark pop band, Dulce has recently evolved into a full five-member dreamy, distorted indie-pop/rock band. Their sound ranges from feeling lost in a dreamy chaos of sound and noise to nostalgic guitar melodies reminiscent of long drives upstate and catchy vocal lines that drift back and forth in your mind for days.

The Simsons is a four piece, noisy, high energy, Progressive ROCK band. A delicate balance between pure chaos and rigid structure is a constant throughout all Simsons songs, without ever sacrificing FUN or MUSICALITY. Improvisation has its place in The Simsons as well, whether it be in the music via "SOLOING" or on stage via "CRAZY STAGE PRESENCE AND ANTICS".
