Madame Reaper’s unique blend of synth pop and electronica, coupled with an explosive and campy live performance, has garnered a quickly growing following. Last year, she toured the U.S. and Europe, sold out shows in Bochum (DE), Berlin (DE), Philadelphia, and NYC.
After releasing her sophomore album, Luna Collective wrote “Chicago-based songwriter and producer Kira Leadholm crafts gothic synth-pop that pulses with theatrical flair and radical honesty.” The project has also been featured in Sound Opinions, the Chicago Reader, the Alternative, the Big Takeover, CHIRP Radio, and WNIJ radio. She's currently working on her third record, expected in 2027.
Hex Toy is spooky sexy groovy pop from Chicago.
Hip Martyr is a Chicago-based post-post-punk band peddling danceable songs with depressing content. Stylistically influenced by 80's new wave and 70's funk, Hip Martyr's songs are inspired by true crime, American politics, and existential angst.
